How we handle your information
Draft for attorney review before launch. Last updated .
What the coverage check collects
To run the check we ask for your ZIP code, date of birth, sex, tobacco use, the type of Medicare coverage you have, and, if you have a supplement, your plan letter and monthly premium. We never ask for your Medicare number, Social Security number, or bank or card details. These answers are processed in your browser and are not stored unless you request a review.
What we store if you request a review
If you ask for a call, we store your name, phone number, email address if provided, your preferred contact time, the answers you entered, the results shown to you, and a record of the consent you gave, including its wording, the date and time, and the internet address and browser you used. We use this to have a licensed agent contact you and to keep a compliance record of your consent.
How we use it
- To contact you about Medicare insurance options, as you consented.
- To prepare live rate quotes for your profile before your appointment.
- To meet record-keeping duties under Medicare marketing rules.
Who we share it with
Your information is shared with and its licensed agents, and with the service providers we use to store leads and schedule appointments. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with any other marketing organization without your separate, express written consent.
Your choices
You may withdraw consent to be contacted at any time by emailing or calling , or by replying STOP to a text message. You may ask us to delete the information we hold about you.
Public data used in results
Plan counts, star ratings, premiums and out-of-pocket caps come from public Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services data. Supplement rates shown as sample figures are estimates and not carrier filings.
